How do I personalize my order?
All of our memory boxes include a personalized vinyl decal. Simply follow the personalization instructions found on the individual item page, click “Add to Cart,” and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed & your proof is approved (if required), we’ll carefully prepare your order and ship it within 2–3 business days.

What happens if I don’t approve my proof?
If we don’t receive proof approval within 24 hours, we’ll proceed with production as designed to keep your order on schedule.

Where do you ship?
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states).
For all orders outside of the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations), please shop through our Etsy store. Etsy handles all customs paperwork and longer distance shipping details for a smooth experience.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final. Every order is handmade and personalized specifically for your child. If your order arrives damaged, email nicole@mindfulmodernpaperco.com and I will make it right.
